PG&E Pre-Owned EV Rebate
$1,000–$4,000 (income-qualified)
PG&E pays income-qualified residential customers $1,000 to $4,000 for purchasing a pre-owned electric vehicle. The rebate amount scales with income tier (≤300% Federal Poverty Level = higher tier; ≤80% Area Median Income = highest tier). Combined with federal 25E ($4,000) and California CVAP/CC4A ($7,500 grant), income-qualified PG&E customers can stack significant savings on a used EV — sometimes covering 50%+ of total cost.
